5N Mount Failure error
Brand new out of the box Drobo 5N with 2 New Seagate Barracuda 1TB drives installed.
Critical error light on Health indicator on Dashboard.
Mount Failure warning.

All lights on unit are green.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

If this is a new set-up with new drives or the drives not containing important data.

What you can do is preform a PIN-HOLE reset on the unit.

You can follow the steps listed here in this KB.

NOTE: .. a PIN_HOLE reset will format the Drobo Disk Pack, any existing data will be wipe-out.
